By participating in Eye Squarez, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before submitting your entry.

1. Entry & Video Upload

• Each participant must reserve a limited competition slot to enter.
• You may optionally attach a short video (30–45 seconds, portrait, under 20MB, .mp4 format) to boost your visibility and engagement.
• Submitted videos cannot be changed or replaced once uploaded.
• You must have full ownership or usage rights to the content you upload.
• We may remove any content if valid copyright complaints are submitted. Please reach out via our official social channels for any issues.
• Please compress your video before uploading to meet size limits.

2. Content Guidelines

• No NSFW, violent, political, hateful, or unethical content is allowed.
• All content must comply with platform rules and copyright laws.
• Violators will be permanently disqualified without refund.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• Each entry requires a non-refundable Rs. 5,000 fee.
• Once confirmed, entries cannot be canceled or refunded — including in cases of disqualification or takedown.

4. Competition Duration

• The competition will last 12 hours from the official start time.
• Public votes and likes will be counted in real time during this window.

5. Voting, Results & Awards

• Winners will be determined by public voting and likes only — no judges or jury involved.
• If there's a tie, earlier submissions will be prioritized based on activation time.
• Top-performing entries will win the following awards:
• 🥇 1st Place – Rs. 400,000
• 🥈 2nd Place – Rs. 100,000
• 🥉 3rd Place – Rs. 60,000
• ❤️ Most Liked – Rs. 40,000
• ⭐ Runner-Up – Rs. 25,000
• 🔊 Audience Favorite – Rs. 15,000
• All other entries will not qualify for awards but may still receive exposure and engagement.

6. Limited Slots

• Submission slots are limited. Once they are filled, no further entries will be accepted.
• Early participants tend to receive better visibility due to early activation.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of any revised terms.
